Phigz

Full-stack product development

One team across the product, from interface to deployment.

Phigz builds the parts of a product that have to work together: what people see, the API behind it, the data it stores, and the environment it runs in.

The problem

Products stall when design, frontend, backend and hosting are separate contracts that never meet. Each piece can look finished while the journey still breaks.

Founders and product leaders then spend their time translating between vendors. The software accumulates exceptions nobody owns.

Full-stack delivery at Phigz means one engineering conversation. The interface is not designed in isolation from the data, and deployment is part of the build.

What Phigz delivers

  • Product interface

Screens, states and empty paths designed around the task, including the awkward cases, not only the marketing view.

  • API and domain logic

The rules of the product live on the server, where they can be tested and reused by every client.

  • Data and accounts

Persistence, roles and the records the business actually needs to operate the product.

  • A release you can repeat

Build, environment and a path to production so the first launch is not a one-off manual event.

Where it fits

  • A new customer-facing product

Accounts, a core workflow and an admin view, scoped so the first release is coherent.

  • A portal beside an existing business

A modern interface on top of services you already run, without pretending the legacy system disappeared.

  • A product another agency designed

Engineering partnership when you need implementation depth, review and deployment, not another slide deck.

Delivery

  1. 01

    Understand the product

Users, jobs, constraints and what “done” means for the first release.

  2. 02

    Architect the slice

We choose a structure that can grow, then build the smallest version of it that is real.

  3. 03

    Implement across the stack

Interface, API and data move together so integration issues appear early.

  4. 04

    Review and deploy

Behaviour is checked, then shipped to an environment you can keep running.

Technical capability

  • Interface

React and Next.js are the usual choice for new web products. We match an existing frontend when the product already has one.

  • Server

Node.js, Laravel and PHP are part of the studio’s delivery range. The choice follows the product and the systems around it.

  • Cloud

Deployment targets include AWS, Google Cloud and Azure. We do not claim a preferred-partner status with any of them.

Questions

Do you only build the frontend?

No. Interface work is part of the product. The engagement includes the server behaviour and the release path unless we explicitly agree a narrower slice.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. We can own a product area or work alongside engineers you already have, with a clear split of responsibilities.

Will you hand over the code?

Yes. The product is built in your repository and environments. You should not need Phigz in the loop to keep it running day to day.
