AI-enabled HR and compliance
HRZenith
Challenge
Workplace obligations change faster than a folder of policies. The product has to turn that into a repeatable review, rather than a one-off document someone rewrites by hand.
Approach
HRZenith is engineered as software for structured compliance work: policies, document review, gap identification and an audit trail. The public site describes AI-assisted drafting. It does not present the product as legal advice, and this record does not claim a regulatory certification.
What was built
- A public workspace described as AI-assisted, for UK SMEs and HR consultants to generate HR policies, review documents, identify compliance gaps and keep an audit trail.
- Access is a waitlist. The site says a private beta is opening for selected organisations.
- A published HR compliance health check: a one-off review of HR documents, with priorities, recommendations and one rewritten policy section.
- The engineering record includes admin, waitlist and broadcast email, secure environment configuration, and GCP-hosted application infrastructure.

Named because they are in the verified engineering record. They are not partnership or certification claims.
What was delivered
The public product is a waitlisted compliance workspace plus a published health-check offer. Nothing here treats AI output as legal advice, a guarantee of compliance, or a certification.
